With over 15 years of hydrocarbon analytical and measurement experience, Joey brings a wealth of knowledge to decarbonization applications. His journey began at Cherokee Measurement & Control (CM&C) in 2008, where he learned the business from the inside out. Over 15 years, Joey honed his skills as a drafter, quotation specialist, project manager, outside sales, Operations Manager, and CTS Manager. His dedication to excellence and results-oriented approach earned him his current position as Vice President of CM&C. In 2023, Joey co-founded Elohi with Joe Joe Birdwell to help address the analytical and measurement needs of the decarbonization markets. In his spare time, you can find Joey cooking a gourmet dish, playing golf, or cheering on his alma mater, the OSU Cowboys.
Joe Joe brings over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. He started his career as a reservoir engineer in the upstream oil and gas industry, moving from project development to business development, focusing on A&D evaluation. Working for smaller independent companies, Joe Joe has “worn a lot of hats” to accomplish whatever task was thrown his way. Joe Joe’s business development knowledge led him to research the renewable market for Cherokee M&C, which ultimately led to his partnership with Joey Ragsdale and their forming of Elohi. Joe Joe loves playing golf, traveling, and socializing with friends and business acquaintances. Joe Joe holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
